Cell to Cell Mobile Phones was established in January 1990. Starting out we offered on site installation of analogue car phones and portable phone hands free kits. At Cell to Cell, we started selling mobile phones and car phones in 1992 and signed our first Telstra (Telecom Mobilenet) Dealership agreement the same year. Our store in Berwick was opened in March 1995 with a team consisting of 1 full time sales person and 1 part time sales / admin assistant. This same store 13 years later now employs a team of 6 sales and administrative personnel along with several subcontract installation technicians. How have we survived? We like to treat our customers the same way we expect to be treated when we make a purchase. Offering the best customer service, advice and a little smile all go along way to creating satisfied customers. Meeting customer expectations is not enough, in this competitive world we must exceed our customers expectations. |
